Teramo / The return of Star Trek on the big screen thanks to Paramount. Starts the countdown for the first interplanetary cinematic masterpiece of J.J. Abrams, “Star Trek XI.” To the origins of the United Federation of Planets. Here is the new sport of the future: try running from a satellite in orbit!
“Space the final frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Enterprise, his continuing mission to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilization, to boldly go where no one has gone before “(Gene Roddenberry).
(By Nicola Facciolini)
One day our descendants will travel at warp speed among the galaxies. We, at the beginning of the twenty-first century, we have the scientific and technological fantasy of “Star Trek”, in a sign of tolerance. A universe where the Earth and our civilization have passed all the planetary emergencies, including poverty, thanks to First Contact with the civilization of Vulcano. By our party, a few days separate us from 8 May 2009, the return of “Star Trek” on the big screen, more than a year after the end of filming. Starts the countdown for the first interplanetary cinematic masterpiece of director JJ Abrams (you have this series “Lost”?), “Star Trek XI.” Do you understand: we are the eleventh film dedicated to science fiction and probably longest of the Galaxy, based on the American writer Gene Roddenberry. The declared aim of the authors of the film, is to bring the new “generations” to the saga. The young James Tiberius Kirk will have time to sweat the proverbial seven shirts to beat the heavy duty, black (some fans show some similarity with an episode of the third season of the classic series!). If we think the insights contained in the sensational, from the very first series of the sixties (the Motorola phone is a clear tribute to the sub-space communicator in salsa “trek”) make us an idea of what a work of fantasy as Star Trek can truly influence the technology, style, design, even the contemporary culture. One day really travel between the stars at the speed of thought! But today we are lucky, after more than 40 years away from that in 1966, to find out why the ship was launched Stellar Enterprise. Whose name is a clear tribute to the glorious and historic U.S. aircraft carrier of World War II hero of the Battle of Midway. A ship, miraculously survived the attack the Japanese on Pearl Harbor, which with its planes was decisive for the U.S. victory in the Pacific. Time set in the space immediately preceding the classic series, the story of Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, is really exciting, especially for those not familiar with Star Trek. Do not anticipate anything there even if the “blog” will do everything. The creators of Star Trek have accompanied us on many adventures with them, we lived unforgettable moments, but now it is time that a new captain, a new ship, a new set to resume the voyage of Ulysses, by continuing to bring us where no one has ever come first … and pressing Rhythms incurred due to the film music composed by Michael Giacchino and the special effects by the “Industrial Light & Magic.” Here is the new sport of the future: Try running from a satellite in orbit! To attract new fans, the Paramount will use a series of business strategies, including comic books, role playing, “action figures” and an agreement with Burger King – and a world tour that will lead the writers in contact with fans from all over the world, the convention, where it will also show a preview of the film. To keep up to date suggest the following site: http://www.startrek.com. By the way, there is already great expectations for the “novelization” of Star Trek XI, namely that the book official entrusted to the skilful and experienced hands of the American science fiction writer Alan Dean Foster. And who knows if the “gondole bending” of Star Trek, technology expedient to make the journey between the stars, necessary to the United Federation of Planets to join the Galaxy, are not merely a distant eco neutrinos “from another civilization perhaps human and already disappearing into the depths of space and time. The classic message in a bottle, then, to interpret and one day achieve. It begins under the Gran Sasso, in the prestigious National Laboratories INFN (Abruzzo), the cultural heritage of humanity along with Cern in Geneva, where our scientists are laying the foundations for understanding the operation of the machine Universe and matter in its various events. This is pure science. But even in Star Trek, that is, in science fiction, it is easy to mix cold matter and antimatter to shorten distances in the Galaxy. Genes, as the great British physicist S. Hawking, a great fan of Star Trek, need inspiration and this is the task of good science fiction literature.

Insomma niente Quadrante Beta neppure per la prossima serie.
a me piacerebbe una serie che riprenda da dove ha lasciato ENT, cioè il “dopo Federazione”… sapere com’è andata subito dopo la nascita della UFP
